    No, I do not feel as though my religious liberties are being threatened.

  • Technically, no.  I would add, though, that in several states, atheists are not allowed to hold public office - at least according to state laws (whether or not they are enforced is another question).  And, on second thought, the religious right is making headway in imposing its beliefs into laws that govern us all - forbidding same-sex marriage and limiting birth control because they believe that it somehow infringes on their beliefs if others live their lives in ways they don't approve . . . so I guess my answer is "yes".  Our religious freedoms are under attack by those groups that want to impose their beliefs on the rest of us and make us live by their religious views.  And let's not forget the unending lawsuits against those local governments that insist on having Christian prayers at public meetings . . .
