Do you know any woman born May 20th,1970? In Wisconsin
My sister was adopted out at birth. My mom was still technically married to her 1st husband, and got pregnant by my dad. The rumor is that he told her it was him or the baby,so she gave her up. :(
My dad is dead, and my mom refuses to find her,and Wisconsin law states that I have no rights to find her.
I put up a Facebook page, but haven't had any bites
She could literally be ANYWHERE,so i thought i'd ask here.

I Googled it and this site popped up. There's a listing on there for a date that matches and the story sounds the same but looks like if it's related it may have been you that posted it?

My grandmothers half sister was put up for adoption and she wrote a book about what it was like trying to find her parents. Her website has some tips and how to get started and support groups and stuff. http://www.thefifthandfinalname.com/about-adoptee-rights/. She was adopted in Oklahoma, and I think most of this might be advice for the adoptee, but some of this might work for you too. Good luck
