  • I usually do Mexican red rice with fried plantain, roasted potatoes with onion a poblanos, Refried beans and green beans with egg (very traditional Mexican dish, you cut blanched green beans in bite size pieces, sautée them with some onions and add some beaten eggs to it and you just let it cook)
    Other side dishes you can do is potatoes with chorizo, or "Rajas con crema", which is sliced onions and peeled poblanos, sautéed until soft and mixed with cream

  • Nothing.... we do beef, cheese, lettuce and onions... no one wants a side with them really.

  • Nothing. We do the regular taco meat, lettuce, cheese,but also refried beans, olives, avocadoes, salsa, etc. It's a full meal.

  • Usually nothing. Depending on my mood, I'll sometimes make mexican rice. Occasionally we have guacamole and chips as an appy while the tortillas are frying.

  • I just serve the tacos. We have lettuce, tomato, onions, cheese, taco sauce and sour cream to go on them, and they are a meal in themselves.
