Too many root veggies?

I have a chicken in the oven roasting.

I also planned to make this:

And then roast some potatoes, turnips, and parsnips and carrots in the oven.


I was just seeing the radishes as something different to eat, didn't think about it being a root veggie like the others. Is this too much or do you think it'll be okay?

  • Nope. Not at all. Root veggies are a good source of fiber and very healthy!
