Any lean protein, like turkey or chicken. Seafood, particularly fish, is good with veggies like kale, broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, bell peppers. Add a brown rice or wild rice on the side. Quinoa is also good for whole grains. Whole grains fill you up longer. Foods with low glycemic index are great for after workout or all day eating.
