Cookie sheets? I need some new ones!

I had these amazing cookie sheets with about a 1 inch side all of the way around, they were wonderful for making toll house cookies, etc. Well I threw them away without writing down the brand, they lasted forever.
Anyone have a cookie sheet like this, what brand is it? These were not teflon coated.

  • I bought some at a restaurant supply store,I just looked, there was no name on them. They're heavyweight aluminum. Do you have a store like that?

  • Yes, I used mine today to make cookies. They come out evenly cooked and not burnt. I spent so much money on other cookie sheets and they would always burn on the bottom and not be done all the way.

  • Best pans/sheets I ever had were Farberware premium. They sell like 2 different kinds though. One that is a cheap gray version and the premium version is a tan color and has a super gloss coating to it.

  • I have the pizza stone, and the casserole dish, do they make a cookie sheet with large edges?
