What do you do to cheer yourself up when you're depressed?

... I go for a very long walk through the common grounds behind my house and just let myself breathe. Sometimes I bring my sketchbook or run instead of walk. I intentionally not focus on the things that make me sad/stressed.

And I feel better. :)
