Is CraigsList a RELIABLE place to look for a job?

  • it is, just be careful. a lot of the work at home are scams. actually 99% are. but other postings are extremely reliable! i actually have 3 interviews set up right now from jobs i founf on there!

  • Yes, we have posted many jobs on there for the company I work for. And we have found alot of good reliable people to work for us.

  • I think so. I saw lots of respectable local companies listing positions for hire on there when my dh was looking for work.

  • yes but dont trust any "get rich quick" ideas, work at home ideas or the ones that are listed "anywhere" as a location.

  • I would be VERY VERY VERY careful. The only companies I've known to use craigslist were ones that paid in rubber paychecks. I'm sure there *are* legitimate companies that also use it.

    Indeed.com is a great clearinghouse for all job sites.
