I've started jumping rope again and bought some kettle weights today.

    Fine. I like to bike ride. But only on flat surfaces. I don't do hills.

  • I miss my treadmill. I used to love walking on it because I could crank up the tunes and go as fast as I wanted and not worry about anything being in my way unexpectedly. I had to give it up when my boyfriend moved in with me because there was no room for it. It's not the same at the gym, since I was stalked there at one point by someone who wanted to be my boyfriend and I'm always on edge and waiting for someone to burst into my space.

  • You are doing better than I am!

    I tried walking last fall. I was up to 1.5 to 2 miles a day at least 3 times a week. I walked with my sister and time flew. but we got out of the habit. we are both just busy. It really helps my overall health and made me realize how outta shape I was. Prior to that, before I had kids, I was fairly in shape, doing modified push ups, crunches, jumping jacks, squats, lunges, and tread mill.
