How would you answer this child's question?

I was asked by my seven-year-old nephew, "Why does my penis stand up in the morning?"

Luckily, I was able to tell him to ask his Dad because I didn't think that was something I should answer.

But I have a son too and what should I say if he ever asks me this... I guess it would depend on how old he is?

  • Well because you have not gone to the potty all night, in 7 year olds this is a true statement.

  • Mine would get pissed at his erect member first thing in the morning, and asked the same, I told him that during the night pee accumulates there and after he pees it will go back to normal, no need getting into technicalities with a young child, he will find out soon enough the why behind it...
