Do you think i'd be convicting for killing my husband for being annoying?

he took one of his half hour shits, and then sat next to me and ate animal crackers loudly. I love him,but sometimes he gets on my nerves.

  • Depends. If you get a jury full of married women, no. If you get a jury full of men, you'll get the death penalty. lol

  • Hmm, maybe you should try tying him to a chair and making him admit to being annoying first.

    Nahhhh, what could go wrong?

  • Turn the tables on him. Start doing what he does to you & see if you get a reaction out of him. Then say, "well, welcome to my world pal!" lol :p I've heard of the abused spouse defense, but not the annoyed spouse defense. I think most of us could qualify if that was a legit. defense claim! lol :p
