Greek yogurt
Apple cider vinegar
Balsamic vinegar
Chicken broth

  • I would cook the chicken breasts and make a greek yogurt sauce. Then chop all those veggies and sautee them in a pan together. Cook the rice and serve on the side maybe if I needed more food. Could mix the cooked veggies with the rice.

  • Put the chicken & cut up potatoes into a crockpot along with the chopped onions & garlic. Cover with greek yogurt and other herbs & spices (like basil, rosemary, tarragon). Cook on high temp for 4-5 hrs. Add cut up tomatoes to the top while serving.

  • I would saute the onions and garlic, then put them in a crockpot or baking dish with the cream soup, chicken breasts, and either the rice or diced potatoes. Cook or bake till done. I'd leave out the vinegars, tomatoes, and Greek yogurt.

  • WAIT! I just made this!
    Better than fried!?!?! Melt in Your Mouth Chicken Breast, 1/2 c parmesan cheese,1 c Greek yogurt, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 1/2 tsp seasoning salt,1/2 tsp pepper, spread mix over chicken breasts, bake at 375 45 mins

    I'd cut down on garlic powder and pepper- was a little potent!

  • my idea was very close to stacia Greek Yogurt sauce.

    my change would be to put all the cut up chicken and veggies under the broiler.
