NP- i thought you'd appreciate this comment

you know that picture that floats around FB, i think ive even posted it here before for argument, how bibles are 'banned' from schools but encouraged in prisons and if more kids were allowed to read them in school, maybe they wouldnt end up in prison? well unfortunately it graced my newsfeed once again today. i clicked on it to see the comments and someone wrote:

"Why not let the kids read the old Nordic sagas? They need to know the tales of the Allfather! Find Odin before it's too late!"

  • The irony here is that not only are bibles not banned from schools, most of them are parked not far from the Eddas on the same shelf in the library.
