Should I be proud of my dh or irritated?

With that said he ranks number 13 out of everyone in the world on gears of war. While I enjoy playing video games he deffinatly needs a 12 step program lol

  • LOL! Not sure how old he is, but my 22 y/o son probably holds some records in Guitar Hero! Some guys spend way too much time still being boys. But if it's not video games, it's doing sports, watching sports, etc. Something, anything that allows for some play time. Just so they don't ignore play time with the kids & esp. play time w/ the wife! :p

  • If it's interfering with your relationship (he chooses that over family time, or sex), then be irritated. If not, then be proud!

  • If you can lol about it, it's not so bad. Guys need their "thing," better video games (and being really good at it) than something out of the house.
At least that's what I tell myself as my DH dj's in the basement every spare minute!

  • It doesn't bother me he's a good husband and father. He woke up made breakfast did the dishes went to our dds softball meeting played little pet shop with the girls before even playing so as long as he keeps up his good behavior I'll be proud. Plus I have a little bit of gamer in me I'm just not as "dedicated" as him lol

  • I've never seen my Hubby play video games unless it's at the arcade with our boys... He stays too busy building engines, or we go rock crawling in our Jeep with our boys, when he has free time away from work.
