  • Just look at the sugar content. I recommend Almond milk 60 calories a serving. It tastes great in cereal and way less sugar and fat then regular milk.

  • I know this is crazy and you might not believe it, but I even know some people that eat cereal WITHOUT milk.

    Eat it however you like.
My cousin likes to eat cereal with vanilla almond milk. I tried it. It wasn't bad.

  • Use what you like! Whole has more fat.

  • The Special K diet is based on using skim milk. In cereal there isn't that much taste difference between milks. I am so used to skim milk now that I prefer it to the fattier milks.

  • Yes but only if you twirl around 3 times and snap your fingers

If you're trying to lose weight, 2 percent milk is the best for taste and low fat content

  • Most reccpmmend 2% or even skim
There is no law that says you can not pick whichever milk you want.

  • You should only use chocolate milk.

  • Do you mean for the Special K diet? They recommend using skim, but there's obviously no reason you can't go with what milk you like.
