  • if you use them together the bowl will explode into a million pieces splashing milk & cereal everywhere!

sorry, couldnt help myself. you can use whatever milk you want, but whole milk has all the fat in it which kinda defeats the purpose of a healthy cereal. try skim, 1% or 2% which have less fat, but all the calcium.

  • uh. you can use any milk you like. Whole, 2%,goats milk butter milk. If you are dieting I would go for either 2% or 1% or even almond or vanilla milk that you find over in the soy milk area.

  • Do you mean for the Special K diet? They recommend using skim, but there's obviously no reason you can't go with what milk you like.

  • I know this is crazy and you might not believe it, but I even know some people that eat cereal WITHOUT milk.

    Eat it however you like.
My cousin likes to eat cereal with vanilla almond milk. I tried it. It wasn't bad.
