im not vaccinated and i want to be what should i do. should i tell the doc the next time i take my daughter into get her shots?

  • I would talk to your Dr about it as opposed to your Ped. If you choose to get vaccinated as an adult and you haven't had any shots before now, be prepared for a decent number of shots in a fairly short amount of time, and also ask them if there's any they can give you as a "cocktail" - meaning they combine a couple of shots into one, to cut down on the number that you need.

    I know my kids and I have just gone through a bunch of shots that we needed to get done / updated so we can move overseas, and we were able to get some that were multiple shots in one needle, which cut down on how many times we were stuck overall.
