School Board Meeting

There is a board meeting at DD's school this evening. She was one of the students chosen to get up and talk (she says she is doing a "camera character" project about feelings). Anyway, me being the type of parent I am, I want to get pictures of this...and record probably, but pictures have always been very important to me.

I have never been to a school board meeting and am not really sure what to it appropriate to take pictures like that?

  • Sure it's your baby, take those pictures

  • I'd take the pictures, which will mean a lot to you in the future. If someone asks you to stop, then apologize. Sometimes it's better to ask for forgiveness than permission.

  • No cameras allowed or videoing at our sb meetings.

  • As long as you are not being obnoxious and filming only your child, unless you have permission

  • I guess it will depend on the school but I think it will be ok. Have fun

  • For something like that then yes I think it would be allowed at ours, but ONLY that portion. I would take the camera and ask when I get there if it is allowed.
