My breast are getting so huge since i found out i was pregnant, which causes me bad back pain. Is there anything I can do to ease the pain?

  • You can go get fitted for a high-quality, supportive bra. You probably don't want a "maternity" one right now, just a supportive one.
    You can do lower back, upper-back, neck and shoulder physical therapy exercises. You can google them. Just print them out and make sure they're OK with your OB.

  • I'm going to assume you are fairly early n your pregnancy since you just found out.

    Assuming that,you could always do stretches. reach for your toes stretch to your side etc. That will stretch out your back muscles.

    Could also get an adjustment from a chiro.

    And yes, as mentioned above, a great supportive bra.

  • Swimming - back stroke - works wonders. So does using a pulley tower (it strengthens your back muscles).

    This comes from someone who has had HUGE breasts since her teens and who could never bring herself to go under the knife to have them reduced :)
