so i made something really tasty tonight, i called it chicken nachos lol basically i put some chicken in the crockpot, added salsa, cream of chicken and shredded cheese and then shredded the chicken. then i made my own tortilla chips using tortillas, cutting them up, drizzling with oil & salt and baking. the chips were SOOOOO good! but like an idiot when i put the remains of the chicken in a tupperware, i just threw the chips in with them and put the whole thing in the fridge. it just occured to me that chips dont need to be refrigerated... LOL. so when i go to reheat them tomorrow, are they going to be nasty? :(

  • the chips will get soggy, but they'll taste the same. Reheat them spread out on a cookie sheet they should dry a bit.

  • Are the chips on top? If so, you can pull them out and they might still be okay. Otherwise, they'll be soggy and soft, but they should still have the same flavor.

  • You can heat them under the broiler for a very short time to get them crispy, or fry them again.
