  • prevention- try to gain weight slowly,but if you're genetically prone to them,you're boned
    treatment- mederma

    When you get injured,do you scar easily?

  • Then you're less likely to get stretch marks. They ARE scars

  • Bio Oil or Mederma - also great for acne scar and sun spot marks

  • I tried cocoa butter, but I wasn't faithful about applying it, so it didn't do all tat great for me. I think the answer is consistency, because I was fine till the last few weeks before I gave birth. Then I got out of the habit of putting on the lotion, and whammo!

  • Stretch marks are a result of the skin stretching. Some people have them, others don't. I've never really heard of anyone I know saying those types of remedies truly work. If you get them, they will fade over time.

  • Bio Oil. It faded my stretch marks to the point I am comfortable in a bikini again.
