  • warm a Tablespoon of olive oil and a couple drops of tea tree oil until it's body temp - test on the inside of your wrist, if you can't feel it when you put a drop on your wrist it's perfect. Be sure it's not cold and not hot.
Then use a dropper and while laying on your side, head flat (not propped on a pillow) place one 5+ drops of the warm oil in your ear. Wiggle your ear to help the oil get into your ear then massage from your under your ear lobe to midway down your neck for 5 minutes. Turn over placing your oiled ear on a towel to drain. Repeat with your other ear.

  • Sometimes you can do it by holding your breath and then drinking some water slowly without exhaling. I've also found that alfalfa tablets work really well to clear stuffed-up sinuses.

  • don't hold your nose, take a deep breath and blow. That will just clog them worse. It works when there's been a atmospheric pressure change like in an airplane or scuba diving... not for when you have sinus pressure from congestion!

Alfalfa does work! But it's not a miracle supplement. Take it as recommended until congestion has cleared and continue for 3-5 days.
