  • No. Wait another 2 months at least. Why not formula or breast milk? The baby needs either as her main source of vitamins & nutrients.

  • Your child won't be getting adequate nutrition from cow's milk. Additionally, it can be hard for some babies to digest

  • Nope. Not for the first year. Formula or breastmilk will provide the necessary nutrition. When you do switch, use whole cow's milk for at least another year, maybe two. Babies need the extra fat for brain development.

  • Nope. There are risks to starting dairy too early, including allergies and anemia.
