  • The first may be free, but they will require an agreement of some kind or a subscription.

  • Depends. Do a search of "court records" of the state and county you are wanting them from. Here in Ohio, some counties are free to view online and some you have to pay a fee and go to the courthouse to get them.

  • In some places they are, in others they are not. It varies county by county.

  • If you go to the court house unless the records are sealed for some reason then it is completely free to view them as it is public knowledge. Now if you want to print them at the court house that will cost or if you want to access them online that may or may not cost you.
