How can I get my Diva cup to stay in while jumping?

This is my second day trying the Diva cup. I think I have it in there right. It is open all the way and has suction. It doesn't leak, but it falls out when I jump. I tried turning it inside out, but it still comes out. I have had three kids vaginally. I'm wondering if I just need to do more Kegels?? I do have to make sure I go to the bathroom if it has been a little while before exercising or running if you know what I mean. Any tips??

  • I was just exercising, doing jumping jacks. Last night it came out too while I was jumping and dancing around with my son.

  • I always used the Insteads. When you have children, your muscles naturally lose their ability to withstand jumping... I never tried to jump with an Instead in, but I did try out the trampoline.... It wasn't a good idea.

  • @Louise, it's a menstrual cup. You insert it in your vagina instead of using Tampons or pads.
