Can I dry & store homemade pot pit squares

I am looking for a way to stock up on homemade pot pie squares without making & rolling it each time

  • There are frozen pie crusts sold in stores, so I don't see why not.

  • Could you layer them between waxed paper and freeze them? I buy frozen pie crusts that way sometimes.

  • I'm talking about the Pennsylvania Dutch pot pie squares/noodles. The dough you roll out & cut into squares & add to chicken & broth.
