  • make HIM pay for the difference to get another van. Sorry sounds like I couldn't trust my kids with him while he was driving. I would ditch him. 4 accidents in 14 months and he still has he's license?

  • Take him off your insurance and make him get his own.

  • Make him get his own car & own Insurance. Next time he may hurt someone & you will be resposible for that too. How about a Driving Course? Does he need glasses? Why all these accidents?

  • I wouldn't care that he didn't understand nor would I be trying to explain it to him. He is immature and untrustworthy; therefore, he should not be in your life. Seems to me like the perfect time to tell him that!

  • I wouldn't let him drive my vehicles anymore and I definitely wouldn't be comfortable with my kids riding in a vehicle with him driving. Is he alright physically, or is he going to need medical treatment?

  • He is not responsible so I would not want to make him my husband.

  • I would tell him he is never driving your cars again. Take him off your insurance. Tell him if he want to drive buy his own car and insurance.

  • Yeah, I'd be making him pay for your increased premiums. I think any court would support you in this.

Definitely ban him from driving your cars anymore.
