Pork loin roast recipes?

Got any good ones? I prefer the slow cooker but will still be interested in oven recipes.

  • Slice a garlic clove or two into matchsticks. Take a branch of fresh rosemary. Make deep slits all over your roast. Insert a matchstick of garlic with a rosemary leaf around it into every slit. Sprinkle on salt and freshly ground black pepper. roast for about an hour (depending on size of roast) at 350°-380°

  • Pinterest.
    Crock pot. Salt,pepper, chicken broth.
Makes amazing pulled pork and you can just add BBQ sauce or hot sauce on a bun.
Or slice it and serve over masked potatoes with gravy or something.

  • Rub pork loin with a little olive oil. Make a rub with garlic powder, salt, pepper and minced rosemary and sprinkle / rub in on both sides. Place loin fatty side up (even if there is just a little) and wrap with bacon. Bake in oven at 375 until the internal temp of the loin is 160. (usually about 50-60 minutes.
