OMG! My 3 year old fell asleep with a sucker in her mouth

Now I know this is not okay. I DO NOT want to wake this grouchy beast!

As HARD as I pulled that sucker she has her teeth CLENCHED and will not let it out of her mouth

What would you do?

Turn your eye? Pretend you don't know the sucker is in there? Pry her mouth open and release the beast when she awakes?

  • EEK. Can't you gently open her teeth with your fingers slowly & pop it out? Maybe hold her nose closed then pull? LOL!

  • I would pry it from her mouth and then cuddle her back to sleep.

  • Hold her nose, she'll open her mouth.

  • This is the kid that just spent a week out of state with grandma and great grandma. She is EXHAUSTED and was SPOILED to the limits of the sky. Holy crap! That's another post though... I'll see what I can do.
