  • Nothing. What makes you think s/he is constipated. They can go a few days without pooping. Is baby breastfed?

  • He cries when he is pooping and its hard. No, unfortunately I had to switch to formula about a week ago.

  • Tell the doctor to change the formula, sometimes these formulas have a lot of iron and can constipate them..

  • They make a no iron formula that you can alternate between the one with iron and such, You most likely should call your doctor, did you give the baby breast milk mixed with formula to start? Change can cause alot of problems if you don't start off right, as in mixing etc.!

  • Any interest in going back to nursing? It's possible in a great many cases.

  • My pediatrician told me to mix a teaspoon of caro syrup in my daughters bottle once a day and it worked! It's harmless for thr baby just ask your doctor

  • Don't do karo syrup. Dangerous advice. I would try to go back to nursing.
