If it were possible to run, jump and never stop moving....How much do you think we would sweat it all out and see a difference?

I have heard and read if you just keep the body moving you can loose alot of fat, calories and so on.

Sweat it all out.

  • I suppose it depends on your starting weight. It would also depend on how high you are jumping and how fast you are moving. Is this question for real?

  • Sounds like a boring life - I like to snuggle and rest.

    That being said, I have read where studies have shown that "nervous wiggly" types tend to be skinnier.
