I was talking to my bf today and my phone dropped the call AGAIN. Since then, I have been unable to make or receive any phone calls, texts, or use the internet. The bill is paid, so that's not the issue. I called customer support and after 30 minutes, was told that they could either do a master reset (which would erase all of my contacts and everything) or I can take it to the nearest repair center tomorrow (which the closest 1 is 13 miles from here).
Do I take it in to their repair center or switch to a different company? I'm not under any contract.
