Vaginal Discharge? can you prevent it?

my doctor says the vaginal discharge is normal as long as their is no odor or color, however i get it everyday pantyliners help but felling wet all day even with a pantyliner is no fun, is their any home methods or something to prevent this?

  • It is the body's way of clearing out the internal area. I don't know of anything other than a pad.

  • Vaginal discharge is like earwax. Sweat, dirt, etc being flushed from the body.
    Nothing you can do to stop it. It HAS to come out. DO NOT DOUCHE. A that does is push everything back in.

    Do you have a mirena? That's the one thing I know of that causes excess discharge.
