Pregnancy and period question

can you be pregnant but still get your period?. if you're on birth control can you still be pregnant and get your period?

  • If you've taken your birth control the way you are supposed, there is a very slim chance.
    Some women still get a period.
    Anything is possible.

  • You can BLEED while pregnant,but it isn't a true period. A period cleans out your uterus. An embryo would be flushed out. Yes you can get pregnant on BC,but the bleeding on BC is NOT a true period,it's just breakthrough bleeding from hormone withdrawl

  • Possible, but not at all likely. I think I read that the failure rate of the pill is about 0.6 percent.

  • Ok cuz i got my period twice this month but the second time this month i started then it stoped then started again an over again but its light bleeding is there a chance of pregnancy im on the pill
