  • park....

  • It depends.

A park has some play equipment and picnic areas...maybe some baseball diamonds and/or soccer fields.

A playground is just play equipment...not necessarily at a school. There is a playground here near us...and it's definitely NOT a park.

  • there are parks.... and parks with playgrounds.... and just playgrounds that have no wooded area that are just playgrounds.... it doesnt have to be a school, just like a city block with play equipment...

  • Park, I don't care much if its correct or not, ppl know what I mean most of the time.

  • We call it both. A playground is just that...a playground, no picnic tables, walking trail, or anything else. A park has a playground with the other things.
