The first day of my lmp was March 29th. My cycles are always 30 or 31 days apart and always every month. I did not get my period in April. Here it is May and nothing yet. I have taken about 3 pregnancy tests and they were all negative. I felt a little nauseous a few days ago and had cramps like my period was about to come. If I am pregnant, should I have had a positive test by now?

  • It would be pretty accurate at this point.

  • The test should be positive by now. If you don't get your period soon, see your doctor for a blood test, which is able to detect lower levels of HCG in your blood than the at-home urine test.
