How do you know when your ovulation days are?

  • After your period 7 days. Look for this egg white looking discharge (that is when u r most fertile) then keep practicing GL.

  • If you have a normal 28-day cycle and are like most women, it'd usually be 2 weeks after you last period, for 3-4 days.

    An ovulation predictor kit can help you determine your most fertile days.

    Other signs of ovulation can include: Slight pain on one side of your pelvis (few women have it, but it usually indicates the releasing of the egg), egg-white type mucus discharge, and high basal body temp.
