What's for dinner tonight?

My mother is coming in two days so I scrubbed my kitchen spotless. I'm thinking we'll have BLTs so I don't ave to dirty anything but the griddle.

What are you having?

  • We are having shakshuka. It's basically tomatoes and onions stewed in a skillet. When it's time to eat you throw in an egg (or 2 or 5) and let it poach until cooked. I added artichoke hearts to today's batch.

  • Mmmm, BLT's are my fave.

We're just having leftover chicken pot pie, unless some friends from church decide to go out like they sometimes do on Wednesday nights. Not likely, though, since the one who gives us all rides hates driving in the rain.
