  • at least i am not the one in contempt

IF he shows, we will try to have him sign a change of name (making her current last name her middle name, and having my last name as her last name) she is five and has autism, so she is not sure of her full name now, and sometimes thinks my name is hers, so IF he signs this will be easy transition for her i think

and, have no idea what will happen to him IF he comes to court, he has not paid the g.a.l. a cent.
judge said year ago- pay your gal or i will find you in contempt and i will put you in jail... so this should be tense
G.a.l. has filed contempt of court papers on him

the g.a.l. does think he should have some time with our child, so my lawyer and gal agreed that 2-3 hours once a month, at my home with me supervising, and he gives me one month notice of visitation day

my lawyer said this COULD be the last court date... been going on for years

  • Positive thoughts that he complies with your request, or gets his ass thrown in jail. Whichever or both would be good.
