What is a cute way to tell your mom that you are doing IVF and that she will be a grandmother in a couple months???

I want to tell my mom that I am doing IVF on mother's day... please help me thanks

  • I wouldn't say anything until you know for sure that you are pregnant. I've done fertility treatment and stopped just short of IVF. It took a while.

  • I agree with the ladies. I also speak from experience. Tell her you are trying it but like the other ladies said, there are no guarantees. I wish you all the best though.

  • I'd wait to tell your mom till you get pregnant. IVF doesn't usually work the first time around.

  • I agree with the others. You can tell her you're undergoing treatments, but you cannot promise a grandchild in a two month time frame. It could take longer to get pregnant then you have to hope things don't go wrong once you are pregnant. You could say something like.. "Hopefully by this time next year we will both be celebrating Mother's Day."
