  • Yep eat several small nutritious meals vs 3 big meals. Our bodies really do better when you eat more then 3 times a day. Eating 3 times a day encouraged over eating.

  • Fiber Fiber Fiber! Pick foods that are high in fiber. Fiber is a type of carbohydrate that is not absorbed by your body. It is very filling but doesn't add to your calorie count. If something says it has 16g of carb and 5g of fiber then the net carbs are 11g. Veggies and fruits have lots of fiber. Some protein bars (atkins and south beach) are good sources of fiber. Healthy Choice Fudgsicles (really good by the way) have lots of fiber. Check labels. Also, drink lots of water. It is estimated that almost half of the time when you feel hungry, you're actually just thirsty.

  • small meals about 4-5 times a day. make sure you atleast work out or move around or even maybe go for a walk too. that helps. also you can try low carb or cutting back on your carbs.
