Shortness of breath?

Lately when i sit down for a long time i find it hard to breath i am 32 weeks is that normal?

  • Yes. As you get bigger, it decreases your lung capacity. Totally normal. Think about it......

  • Sounds like the baby is moving up and pressing on your diaphragm . Try lying down when this happens.

  • If you panic it will make it worse. Does it get worse? No. Its just in your head. But it is completely normal to feel like that. Go outside and get some air if you can. Use to make me feel better.

  • I would like rub on the top of my belly to try and get the baby to move down lol bi too would panic and yea it does make it worse but it is a normal part of pregnancy so just hang in there momma :-). Good luck
