  • Maybe attach longer strings. That way it can be customized to the new owner. I think you should try eBay.

  • I really love the room, especially the chalk board.

    I just made my son a "train table/art table" out of an old but very sturdy coffee table that now has a chalk board top.

  • They do fine with the canopies actually. My step daughter is still getting used to hers, but my DD actually had hers over her crib & just never touched it.
    What I'm most hoping is that she only draws on the chalkboard and nowhere else. I spend a good part of the weekend scrubbing permanent marker off her walls. I must say, her faces are getting better. lol

    The walls
    I found realky inexpensive high quality art paper at the thruft store and ysed ut as wall paper
    The kids love it and when they use it all up and get bored i can cut it up and maje frameable art
    That colored sports run thru paper will be used next

  • BTW, I found that whitening toothpaste and a toothbrush, followed by magic erasers works magnificent for permanent marker.
