My husband hit me the other day and pinched me. I will not tolerate abuse so I packed up the kids and I left did I do the right thing?

  • I can't call it for your situation. I don't know you or your DH. But I was in an abusive relationship that started out little things and it only got worse. And I mean ugly worse. I realized I had to get the hell out before he ended up killing me. And how could I expect my son to grow up and respect me if I wasn't even respecting myself enough to realize I deserved better. And more than that how could I expect him to respect women if this was what he was seeing.
