Does anyone have an idea on how to make pickled ginger-habanero jelly?

it's just an idea...I make habanero jams out of most anything and I love pickled ginger so thought maybe I could combine them for a jam or jelly or marmalade but not quite sure how to go about it.

  • Here is a habanero jelly you could just add in ginger.

  • I have a super recipe for habanero jelly, just wondering if I should just add the pickled ginger and if so, how much? I'll try it and let you know. thank you

  • Personally, it's not a food combination I would enjoy.
I make some awesome marmalades and jams with ginger - lemon ginger, orange ginger, wild plums and ginger, and an eggplant jam. But the spices are so different that I wouldn't think to add the ginger to another spiced jam/jelly
