Do you drink/eat Whey Protein?

I am going to start agaun with smoothies & adding it to baking etc.

  • LOL, no. I am trying to lose weight and when you lose weight, you need more protein that way you are losing fat and not muscle.

  • I average about 65-90 grams of protein a day. I think I am good. My husband does a lot of weight training, so he does do whey protein shakes.

  • I like to drink it after working out because it digests faster.

  • I do! I have been a vegetarian for many years, this helps me with the protein issue and I buy chocolate so it is also a treat for me, it is delicious!

  • I drink Protein shakes after work out everyday. I drink up to one-two times a day.

  • just a good way of adding extra protein in your diet I saw Dr. Oz talking about it and realized I don't get enough protein like us women should daily between 23-30 grams per day.

  • Jeremys - sounds like alot of protein? wow, but I am not sure, just heard too much is bad for the kidneys
