I have a sty in my left eye does anyone know how to help get rid of it? It's huge and hurts like hell!! I feel like its poking my eye :(

  • Warm compresses and time. The dr recently told me to keep them on for 1/2 hour, off for 1/2 hour then on again. If it doesn't get better or go away, see a dr.

  • A stye is a bacterial infection and generally requires an antibiotic cream.

  • My husband gets a lot of them. He does warm compress as stated already and they eventually go away.

  • i use to get them alot, but now I haven't in years. The problem is that it will go away on it's own but sometimes it could be an infection and needs to get drops at the doctor.

    and there is an old tale that rubbing gold on it helps it
