How to get whiter teeth?

I wondering about tooth whiteners. Mainly the OTC ones. Which works best(whitens better)? Which gives good results the fastest? Gels, Strips or paste? I know the procedure the dentist does is probably better overall, but I also don't have the $100+ lying around for them to do it.

  • I got something from walmart for about 10.00. Im not sure of what its called but it works great. It has mouth wash and "paste" in the box with a blue thing that goes on ur teeth you put the paste in the top and bottom of the blue thing and bite down on it. anywhere from 5 to 20 mins depending on how yellow ur teeth are.

  • The Crest white strips are kinda expensive but if you use a coupon & match it when they're on sale, it's worth it. They work pretty well. I use them twice a year.
