What is this twitchy/flutter like feeling on my lower left side of my stomach?

No I am not pregnant even though the same fluttery feeling I'm getting is the same feeling when you feel the baby move.
It is not painful just fluttery this has been going on for the past 2 wks. off & on.

Please someone tell me something good ;)

Thank you!
