So, what's for dinner?

I don't think I have ever asked that question and it was about time I did.

  • My dd cooked tonight. I've decided she is cooking 1 night a wk, possibly more. Tonight she made Ravioli with Spinach and Mushrooms.
It was pretty good but I think the recipe called for too much spinach as it pretty much took over.

  • Wow, I can't waittill my daughter is old enough to cook one night a week or more. My stepson sometimes makes quesadillas or omelets in the microwave when he is at our house. He bought an omelet maker for the nuke that works really well. Anyway, my daughter and I had frozen pizza and Coke. There's pizza left for my boyfriend when he gets home, or he can have leftover Mexican corn pie. The wind is kicking up a headache for me, so I may be in bed as soon as he hits the door.
